This web based package is the most comprehensive suite and includes all of the modules. It is set up as a multi-user package which offers superb controls on user permissions and access to various sections within modules. It is suitable for large music faculties and departments in colleges, schools and universities where the tracking of inventory and asset management control brings significant financial benefit.Multiple tasks such as instrument loans, event and concert planning, complete print music library management, have been streamlined and incorporated in to one database package. This package is accessible by all members of staff bringing about greater efficiencies through time saving and improved management.
Data cleansing up to 2000 lines, importing of data, training and support are included in the set up fee. Intensive database testing with your loaded data is carried out prior to hand over.
All programs come with pre-loaded data which includes more than 6000 composers, more than 550 publishers, approximately 60 record labels, and more than 100 instrument brands.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and an initial set up fee is payable for all products. Introductory training, ongoing support, data cleansing and the importing of data is included in the set up fee for optimoplus+.
