This package is designed for the next level of sophistication. It allows for integration of library loans, instrument and equipment loans to borrowers, students, staff and faculty, organizations, suppliers and repairers. It involves the tracking of loans including documentation and loan agreements, repair history, instrument and equipment condition along with powerful reports. The Event Center then interlinks, drawing relevant information from the other modules to bring about a complete performance history.optimocombo gives you the freedom to pick and choose which modules are suitable to your needs and also allows for an admin section to create new users and monitor the access of additional users. optimocombo can be single or multi user.
All programs come with preloaded data which includes more than 6000 composers, more than 550 publishers, approximately 60 record labels and more than 100 instrument brands.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. An initial one-time set up fee is payable for all products.
